Dear Team Secretary,

I wish to inform you and your players that the new season commences on Monday 29 September 2003. Thank you for entering a team into the league structure for 2003-2004. I hope you and your fellow players have an enjoyable season.

I enclose a copy of the Aberdeen and District Table Tennis Association Official Handbook for season 2003-2004.

If the job of Team Secretary for the new season is now in the hands of another player please inform me as soon as possible.

I also enclose a set of paper copies of match cards which should be sufficient for your needs over the season. Please do not use cards of the old style.

Thanks to all of you who take the time and effort to ensure that the information provided in fixture cards is both accurate and complete. A significant number of people are however still sending me incomplete fixture cards. Will these individuals please make sure that the cards they return in future are completed with all information requested. Cards which are incomplete will not be processed until full details has been provided.

Please note the new Forum facility which is available from the front page of ADTTA website. I look forward to seeing contributions from members from all teams.
